All orders are shipped via USPS (domestic) and USPS International Mail, as this is the most inexpensive method to get your package to you in 2-3 business days, which includes Saturday. You will receive an email stating that your order has been received. You will also receive a second email from Paypal indicating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.  Click here to to track your package.  Please note that ILoveMyFro.com will not be responsible for custom fees associated with International Shipments. At this time, our current order processing time is 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed; weekend and holidays are exempt from processing time. Please note that orders placed during sales, may take between 3-5 business days to process and ship. In the event of high peak periods, we will update the website with our expected processing times.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

ILoveMyFro.com is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during transit by USPS. In order to get shipping damages rectified, a claim will need to be filed directly with USPS.  

To ensure that your damaged, lost or stolen order is replaced, choose Shipping w/Insurance on checkout. This service is provided by the USPS.
